Hello!

I’m Louise, a Registered Nurse and home care provider servicing those in need in the South-West Sydney, Wollongong, Wollondilly and Southern Highlands districts (and other regions by negotiation).

We accept self- and plan- managed NDIS participants and, soon, those in the community receiving a My Aged Care package.

Patients outside our catchment are subject to travel charges.

I have 10 years’ nursing experience, lived experience with the NDIS, and professional experience working with older people and people with dementia.

I have a current First Aid and CPR certificate, Working With Children’s Check, Police Check, NDISWC, reliable vehicle and relevant insurances.

I am working towards NDIS registration as a provider.
